FMS Services

The objective of this service is to manage enterprise infrastructures from an availability, manageability and performance perspective. A host of services devised to meet diverse customer requirements spans simple reporting of basic level availability of technology infrastructure to advanced system administration activities. The services are delivered through Help Desk with Single Point of Contact. Depending on customer's requirement, the services are provided on a 24 x 7 basis.

We can provide high quality Facility Management Services for quite a long time. We offer Facility management services on Service Level Agreement (SLA) Model and Time and Manpower based support model.

 
BREAK FIX MAINTAINENCE AND MANAGEMENT

It will cover the break fix maintenance for desktops, laptops, servers and printers and other peripherals as outlined in the asset inventory at locations mentioned in the annexure.

  • Diagnosing and solving hardware related issues i.e. changing the hardware parts, swapping the hardware parts etc.
  •  Re-configuration of the server as per the CLIENT guidelines.
  •  To provide standby as per SLA.
  •  To provide spares stores as per agreed norms.
  • To provide MIS on spares availability on a regular basis
